Timur Hicyilmaz is the Director of Consumer Insights for Opower. He leads a team of qualitative and quantitative researchers tasked with knowing how consumers around the world manage and think about energy consumption. This team measures and explores consumer priorities and sentiment on a wide range of energy-related topics and works to incorporate lessons learnt into the Opower product. Prior to joining Opower, Timur spent 12 years at CEB where he managed the quantitative research practice aimed at Heads of Marketing and Sales. Timur resides in Washington, DC and is a graduate of Harvard.
