Opower Big Data Analytics are available directly for use as a scalable, secure cloud service. Using flexible APIs, utilities can build custom solutions running in their own data centers that rely on the same powerful Interaction Engine, Analytics Engine, and Open Data Integrator used by Opower's own solutions. In many cases, Opower Big Data Analytics eliminates the need for utilities to build their own multi-million dollar system using proprietary software, expensive hardware, and ongoing consulting services.
